9.42.020 Purchase and sales.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) It is unlawful to sell or purchase consumer fireworks within the city of Stanwood except during the following times:
(a) From 12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m. on June 28th;
(b) From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on each day from June 29th through July 4th;
(c) From 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on July 5th; and
(d) From 12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m. on each day from December 27th through December 31st.
(2) It is unlawful to sell fireworks without a valid license issued per Chapter 5.04 SMC.
(3) A violation of this section is a class 1 civil infraction. (Ord. 1516 § 2 (Exh. B), 2023).
