5.08.080 Location restrictions.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Businesses to which this chapter applies are prohibited in the following locations:
(a) Within the SR-532 right-of-way;
(b) Parks, unless approved as part of a special event permit or as allowed in SMC Title 17, Zoning;
(c) Any other location prohibited by SMC Title 17, Zoning.
(2) A temporary merchant may only operate up to 30 days per calendar year from each location, except from a permanent building they own or lease. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
