(a) A brief description of the nature and method of the business, and goods to be sold, or services solicited or provided;

(b) If a vehicle is to be used, a description of the vehicle, the name of the person or company to whom the vehicle is registered, and the vehicle license number or other means of identification, and whether the vehicle is to be used to provide food;

(c) If a business intends to conduct business for more than one day at any one location, a site plan of the business location and such other plans or drawings as the city may require for approval;

(d) If a business intends to conduct business on private property, other than door-to-door sales, written approval of the property owners. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
