5.06.140 Appeal.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) An applicant may appeal any administrative denial or revocation of a special event permit to the city administrator. Any such appeal must:
(a) Be in writing;
(b) Specify the grounds for the appeal; and
(c) Must be submitted to the city clerk within seven calendar days of the issuance of the permit denial or revocation.
(2) An applicant may appeal the city administrator’s denial of a special event permit to Snohomish County superior court. Any such appeal must be made within 21 calendar days of the permit denial.
(3) No appeal is available for city denial of an application for city contribution under SMC 5.06.060. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
