5.04.130 Violations – Penalties and revocation.

(1) Violation of any provision of this chapter is subject to the penalties of Chapter 70.77 RCW.
(2) The clerk may revoke a license of a fireworks stand for noncompliance with the rules in this chapter or the rules in SMC 9.42.020 regarding purchase and sales of fireworks or for sales of fireworks other than consumer fireworks. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
