(1) The emergency management organization must operate under the policy guidance of the most current approved Stanwood comprehensive emergency management plan.

(2) The emergency management organization has all powers granted under Chapters 35A.33 and 38.52 RCW as now or hereafter amended and as may otherwise be provided by law. (Ord. 1514 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
