4.04.040 Standards for contracts.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Contracts must be in writing.
(2) Contracts must be written in the name of the city of Stanwood and not any particular city official or department.
(3) Contracts for services must include a detailed scope of work.
(4) The city attorney must develop form contracts to implement these requirements for the regular purchase of goods and services. (Ord. 1514 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
