Pursuant to RCW 35A.63.170 and Article XI, Section 11 of the Washington State Constitution, the office of the hearing examiner is hereby created to perform the duties and functions specified in this chapter and elsewhere in this code. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
