(1) The mayor must appoint members for three-year terms. Appointments must be confirmed by the city council.

(2) The initial members must be appointed for staggered terms of one, two, or three years.

(3) No person may be appointed to the commission for more than two terms. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
