2.16.030 Appointment.

(1) The mayor must appoint the members of the committee for four-year terms. Appointments must be confirmed by the city council.
(2) To ensure term expirations are staggered, the initial terms of members of the board are as follows:
(a) Four members must be appointed to initial four-year terms;
(b) Three members must be appointed to initial two-year terms. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
