(1) A member of a board may be removed by the mayor for neglect of duty or malfeasance in office.

(2) A member of a board who fails to attend three consecutive regular meetings of the board, without being excused by vote of the board, may be removed from the board by the mayor. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
