(1) Members of each board are appointed by the mayor.

(2) Appointments to each board require confirmation by the city council.

(3) When a vacancy occurs in the middle of a term, the mayor may appoint a replacement only for the remainder of the unexpired term. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
