(1) Once a permit is issued inspections are required to verify that the construction or work is being done in accordance with the approved plans. Site inspections shall include, but are not limited to: erosion control, critical area protection, grading, pavement, roadway and sidewalk improvements, drainage, utility installation, parking and landscaping. The project applicant is responsible for ensuring all inspections have been conducted pursuant to city requirements.

(2) Final project approval shall not be given, whether a final plat approval or certificate of occupancy, until all of the required site improvements have been inspected, bonded and approved by the city inspector. (Ord. 1499 § 6 (Exh. F), 2021).
