17.65.030 Permitted uses.

(1) MB-II developments shall provide commercial, residential, public, or mixed uses in accordance with the zoning use table provided in SMC 17.30.070.
(2) MB-II developments shall be compatible with existing uses as well as the Comprehensive Plan for proposed future uses. (Ord. 1335 § 2, 2013).
