(2) Development Conditions – Parks and Open Space Zone. 1. The front, rear and side yard setbacks for structures in these zones are not intended to be applied to each individual building when there are multiple buildings on a site. Rather, they are meant to be used to establish the minimum dimensional requirements for the perimeter of the development.

2. Setbacks are applicable to the primary structure and attached accessory structures. (Ord. 1492 § 3 (Exh. C), 2021).
