(1) Any person who is found on city property in violation of a trespass warning issued in accordance with this chapter may be arrested for criminal trespass as defined in Chapter 9A.52 RCW and incorporated by reference into this title, except as otherwise provided in this section.

(2) This chapter does not supplant the city’s ability to enforce any other section of the Stanwood Municipal Code regulating behavior on city property or the city’s ability to pursue other civil or criminal remedies and penalties.

(3) A city employee who becomes aware of a violation of a trespass warning issued in accordance with this chapter is expected to notify the police department. (Ord. 1516 § 2 (Exh. B), 2023).
