“Police chief” means the chief of the city of Stanwood police department or other person designated by the chief to perform the duties described in this chapter.

“Trespass warning” means a document informing the recipient that they are prohibited from entering a specified place for a specified period of time, consistent with the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 1516 § 2 (Exh. B), 2023).
