The city adopts and, by this reference, makes a part of this chapter the Washington State Uniform Litter Control Code Ordinance, as recommended by the State Department of Ecology in its entirety as read and passed by the city council as Ordinance No. 398, three copies of which compilation and Uniform Litter Control Code Ordinance have been and are on file in the office of the city clerk-treasurer for examination by the public during the consideration of the ordinance codified herein.
