All licenses required by this chapter must be issued and the applicable fees paid to the city clerk at least 14 calendar days before commencing work at a sexually oriented business. The sexually oriented business permit required by SMC 5.32.060 must only be renewed based on changed circumstances as set forth in SMC 5.32.060(4)(l). (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
