5.32.050 Regulated uses.

The following sexually oriented businesses are subject to the provisions of SMC 5.32.030 and all other regulations contained in this chapter:
(1) Adult arcade;
(2) Adult bookstore, adult novelty store, or adult video store;
(3) Adult cabaret;
(4) Adult motion picture theater;
(5) Adult theater;
(6) Nude/semi-nude model studio;
(7) Escort agency;
(8) Adult motel/hotel. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
