Franchisee must comply with and obtain, at its own expense, all permits, licenses, and other authorizations required by federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations and applicable resolutions and ordinances which are now existing or hereafter lawfully adopted. The provisions of this chapter do not limit or restrict the terms, conditions, or provisions the city may require in a franchise. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
