(1) No one organization may receive more than one license for fireworks sales during any one calendar year.

(2) The maximum number of licenses which may be issued pursuant to this chapter during any one calendar year must not exceed one license for each 1,500 residents of the city, or fraction thereof, according to the last official census. Once the maximum number of licenses for the year have been approved, the city will no longer accept fireworks license applications. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
