5.04.080 Fireworks sales license – Application – Insurance required.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Application for a fireworks sales license:
(a) Must be made in writing on forms provided by the city;
(b) Must be accompanied by the license fee as established by resolution;
(c) Must set forth the proposed location of the fireworks stand applied for.
(2) An application must be processed by the city consistent with the timelines in RCW 70.77.270(1).
(3) If an applicant is not granted a license, the application fee must be refunded.
(4) An application for a license must be rejected unless the fireworks stand is covered by a liability insurance policy consistent with RCW 70.77.270. (Ord. 1521 § 2 (Exh. A), 2023).
