(1) All permit fees and connection charges attributable by ordinance to any property or parcel are due and payable at time of issuance of the required use and occupancy permit.

(2) Water services in excess of three-quarter-inch must pay a deposit equal to the minimum water service charge, with the balance owing due and payable upon completion of the water service work by the city.

(3) Fees and connection charges for construction or occupancies that are outside the corporate limits of the city of Stanwood and are proposed for connection to city utilities must pay fees at time of issuance of the utility connection permit.

(4) No required permit may be issued without payment of all fees and charges due. (Ord. 1520 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
