(1) The city council has established a consolidated fee schedule, to be adopted and amended by resolution of the city council, to set the amount of fees to be charged for city services.

(2) The city reserves the right to charge an amount in excess of the fees on the consolidated fee schedule when the stated fees do not cover the city’s costs. (Ord. 1520 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
