(1) A violation of the mandatory requirements of this chapter is a class 1 civil infraction and may be punished by any of the civil enforcement remedies under SMC Title 13.

(2) Officers, directors, and managers of any organization conducting business activities are jointly and severally liable for payments required under this chapter. (Ord. 1520 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
