Proceeds from the taxes levied by this chapter must be deposited per SMC 3.34.115 and may be used solely for the uses authorized by Chapter 67.28 RCW through the procedures described in that chapter and Chapter 2.14 SMC. (Ord. 1520 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
