Per Chapter 36.73 RCW and RCW 82.14.0455, a sales and use tax in the amount of two-tenths of one percent, having been approved for renewal by the voters of the city of Stanwood transportation benefit district in the November 8, 2022, general election, is levied to be collected from all taxable retail sales within the transportation benefit district established by Chapter 3.40 SMC.
