(1) A quorum consists of a majority of the appointed members of the planning commission. In the absence of a quorum, the planning commission may only take action to adjourn, per RCW 42.30.090.

(2) The planning commission may also provide for the formation of committees less than a quorum. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
