(1) The planning commission consists of seven members.

(2) At least five members of the planning commission must reside within the corporate limits of the city of Stanwood.

(3) Two members of the commission may be residents of either the urban growth area, or individuals representing a Stanwood business or Stanwood-area community-based nonprofit organization that has a location in the city. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
