2.02.070 Meetings – Notice of agenda.
(1) The city clerk must notify the public of the preliminary agenda for a forthcoming city council meeting by posting the agenda at least 24 hours before the meeting:
(a) To the city website, consistent with RCW 42.30.077; and
(b) In a prominent location at the following public places:
(i) Stanwood City Hall, 10220 270th St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292;
(ii) Stanwood Police Station, 8727 271st St NW, Stanwood WA 98292;
(iii) Stanwood City Library, 9701 271st St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292;
(iv) Stanwood Post Office, 9229 271st St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292.
(2) Nothing in this section prohibits subsequent modifications to agendas nor invalidates any otherwise legal action taken at a meeting where the agenda was not posted in accordance with this section. (Ord. 1513 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
