(1) All applications for Type I – V permits shall provide the information required on the relevant application checklist provided by the city, which includes the requirements listed in Table 2, Permit Submittals for Type I – V Permit Applications.

(2) An applicant may request a waiver of any of the submittal requirements where they can prove to the satisfaction of the community development director’s office that a waiver is appropriate.

(3) The director may waive in writing specific submittal requirements determined to be unnecessary for review of an application. Alternatively, the director may require additional material, such as maps, studies, or models, when the director determines such material is needed to adequately assess the proposed project and submits the request in writing to the applicant.
