This overlay zone applies to properties zoned general commercial and multifamily designated as appropriate in the city’s Comprehensive Plan and noted on the city’s zoning map. The regulations in this chapter apply only to mixed use buildings located within the mixed use overlay. All other, non-mixed-use buildings shall conform to the regulations of the underlying zone.
