(a) Pedestrian connections shall be provided between all parking stalls and surrounding buildings.

(b) Building Orientation. All buildings shall be oriented to provide pedestrian entries along public streets and from the parking lot. (Ord. 1249 § 2, 2009; Ord. 1164 § 4, 2004).
