Any request for significant deviations from the approved small cell facilities design designated in the franchise, small cell permit or city’s design standards shall be considered a Type III permit under the provisions of Chapter 17.80 SMC. An applicant seeking approval of a new pole or a replacement pole in a specially designated design zone shall be subject to the same review process as identified in this chapter. (Ord. 1469 § 6 (Att.
