17.160.040 Enforcement and penalties – General.

(1) The provisions of this title shall be enforced as provided in SMC Title 13.
(2) Violations of this title shall be considered a Class B infraction as defined by SMC 13.01.045(1). (Ord. 1110 § 3, 2002; Ord. 929 Ch. 12(D)(1), 1995).
