17.115.020 Relationship to general standards for critical areas.

This chapter contains standards specific to geologically hazardous areas, which in most cases should be considered in conjunction with the standards and administrative rules in Chapter 17.114 SMC. Please refer to that chapter for general standards and administration. In the event of a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 17.114 SMC, the regulations in this chapter shall prevail.
