Boundary line adjustments shall only be approved if they meet all of the following criteria:

(1) All new lots shall meet the dimensional standards required for lots in the applicable zone;

(2) All new and existing lots shall provide access that meets the standards of this code and the street and utility standards (Chapter 14.14 SMC);

(3) No adjustments shall be approved that create new nonconforming situations or worsen existing nonconforming situations. (Ord. 1356 § 16, 2013; Ord. 1110 § 2, 2002).
