The planning director shall cause at least one public notice sign per adjoining right-of-way to be posted on the site to be subdivided. The notice shall provide a description or map of the property and description of the subdivision and shall set a date for public comment to be submitted to the planning department. The comment period shall be no less than 15 days. No decision shall be rendered within the comment period. In cases where SEPA is required, the notice and comment periods may be combined.
