Every division of contiguous land for the purpose of lease, sale or development into two or more but less than 10 lots within the incorporated area of the city shall proceed in compliance with this chapter and Chapter 16.30 SMC. (Ord. 1398 § 4, 2015; Ord. 1110 § 2, 2002).
