Street light, street sign, sidewalk, curb and gutter, water line, sewer line and storm drainage shall be developed as required in accordance with other provisions of this code and the city of Stanwood street and utility standards (Chapter 14.14 SMC). (Ord. 1356 § 13, 2013; Ord. 1110 § 2, 2002).
