Violation of any of the terms of this chapter may be punished by imposition of a fine of $1,000 and/or 90 days in jail for each offense, or not more than six months in jail for each offense, or both, as determined by the municipal court. Each day the violation occurs shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 970 § 1, 1996).
