A right-of-way use permit shall be required for service lines for individual properties or main extensions within the right-of-way of 60 feet or less (SMC 3.30.075). Construction within the right-of-way of more than 60 feet shall also be charged as provided for in SMC 3.30.075. (Ord. 1405 § 2 (Exh. 2), 2015).
