Any person aggrieved by any action of the public works director under any part of this chapter shall be entitled to appeal such determination to the city land use hearing examiner within a period of 14 days upon giving notice of such appeal to the city clerk pursuant to SMC 17.80.390 and payment of the applicable fee pursuant to the fee schedule adopted by reference in Chapter 3.30 SMC.
