The city of Stanwood “street and utility standards” are hereby adopted for regulating the construction, maintenance and operation of all public works/planning projects within the city as part of the municipal code as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 1356 § 2, 2013; Ord. 970 § 1, 1996).
