13.40.020 Civil infraction.

(1) The director is authorized to issue civil infractions to a responsible party for a civil violation, in accordance with Chapter 7.80 RCW.
(2) Where no other class of civil infraction is specified, the director may issue a class 1 civil infraction.
(3) The director may issue a civil infraction for each day the violation continues.
(4) The director may issue a civil infraction in addition to, or as an alternative to, any other judicial or administrative remedy. (Ord. 1517 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
