13.20.010 Initiation of civil enforcement.

(1) Any person who believes a violation has occurred may notify the director.
(2) If the director becomes aware of a violation, the director may initiate the civil enforcement process without a third-party complaint. (Ord. 1517 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023).
