The purpose of this chapter is to protect the water supply of the city of Stanwood water system from contamination or pollution from potential cross-connections; and promote the elimination or control of existing or potential cross-connections. (Ord. 1405 § 1 (Exh. 1), 2015; Ord. 721 § 1, 1987).
