(1) Rate per Month. Effective January 1, 2007, buildings with installed fire suppression systems owned and maintained by the customer shall be billed at $2.50 per month. (Ord. 1461 § 1 (Exh. 1), 2018; Ord. 1405 § 1 (Exh. 1), 2015; Ord. 1189 § 3, 2006).
