10.56.100 Violations designated – Penalty.

Any person who is convicted of:
(1) Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of or affected by the use of intoxicating liquor, or of any narcotic drug; or
(2) Being in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of or affected by the use of intoxicating liquor or of any narcotic drug; unless otherwise expressly provided by any supervening statute of the state of Washington,
shall be punished according to the provisions set forth in SMC Title 13. (Ord. 347 § 1, 1971; Ord. 299 § 4, 1969).
